WHAT'S NEXT??
Spring is on it's way! The models on the Dior runways this spring are sporting this really cool extension! I'm not sure how this illusion is achieved, but I love how it looks.
This is art, and this is beautiful! I can't wait for the snow to melt and I can't wait to wear light cotton! That's the fresh perspective...
One again, we end the month of February with the most glamorous award show ever. This night helps me get on top of the style trends for the upcoming seasons. We got grads, wedding socials and weddings. I love seeing what the celebs are wearing and how they are wearing their hair/make-up. Here is my top five of the night (as always, it was hard to pick only five).
Support The people in our lives that help us do what we do should know that we appreciate them. I feel like it's a given. I'd like to thank every single client who has ever patronized our shop since we were born 5 years ago. We turn 5 on Monday and are celebrating at the shop ALL DAY Tuesday. Come down and check it out! Come say hi! Come get a tour! Come and have some snacks and fancy drinks! Come and wish us well!

Hair is a miraculous thing. It can do so much for your appearance and can be changed from day-to-day. I love how hair can be manipulated, it's insane!
What's the craziest hair-do you've ever seen? Have you tried styling your hair in a completely different way? The possibilities are endless and styling doesn't compromise your hair at all. Styling in new ways give you so much versatility because it's hardly permanent like a color or a cut.

Holidaze I'm dreaming of the day I can wear open-toed anything and bare my arms. I'm dreaming of the hot sun and sand between my toes. Some of our staff are on holidays as we speak. What are you up to? Heading anywhere warm? These photos remind me of a warmer time. Happy day of Love!

It is Black History month. I'd like to mention one of my favorite T.V. families. Even though Bill Cosby's current state on earth is quite negative, I would like to pay tribute to The Cosby show.
I loved Claire Huxtable. I loved her relationship with Cliff and I especially loved Denise. Lisa Bonet's character basically shaped my teens. I owe my fearlessness in fashion to her. Her hair and fashion were so unique and original in the early nineties. 
They don't make T.V. like they used to. Whenever I watch past episodes with my young people, I'm taken back to a time when things were simple. No internet, no cell phones. Social media meant watching T.V. or a movie with a group of people. The only people who 'liked' you, you actually knew them personally.
