Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to book in another guest. If you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a total of 50% of the service booked. This fee is required to be paid before your next appointment is booked. Any future missed appointments will result in a full charge of the service booked.
Your credit card information will be required on your file.
*In order to be consistent and fair to all clients & stylists, there are no exceptions to this policy.
Late Policy
If you are going to be late, we ask that you call the salon and let the receptionist know. Your Stylist will do their best to accommodate you, however there may not be time for everything you have booked.
Deposits
We require a 50% deposit on all appointments. The deposit is required at time of booking to hold your appointment and can be paid easily online or over the phone with the receptionists assistance. The deposit will go directly towards your service. If you cancel with no notice or fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit is forfeited (As per the cancellation policy).
Service Guarantee - Hair
All of our work is guaranteed up to two weeks. We do not refund services. Any problems with any service after this period is subject to a charge.
Service Guarantee - Nails
Nail work is guaranteed within one week. If you accidently chip or damage a nail, please call and we can accommodate a free fix up. Any damage to your nails after one week is charged on a per nail basis of $8 per nail.
Returns & Exchanges
If a product you purchase from us is flawed in some way, we will be happy to exchange it for you within 14 days of purchase. We DO NOT do returns. If you are unhappy with the performance of a product, we can offer you an exchange within 14 days of purchase, as long as the bottle is fairly full and in good condition.
Product Refills
Bring in your empty Shampoo and/or Conditioner bottles and we will refill them for 15% off the original retail price. In order to qualify for the refill discount, you must have purchased the original bottle from us. Please call prior to making the trip over as we would like to be sure we have the stock in for your refill.
Parking
There is a parking lot in front of the salon. Ignore the '30 Minute Parking' signs. You will not be ticketed or towed. If the lot is full, there are usually spots available on Renfrew or Lanark.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit & Cash.
As of November 1, 2023, we have implemented a credit card processing fee of 1.95%.
