This past week was very busy and I took part in many a blow out.  For the blow outs Upload was  my product or choice.  There's nothing like a good volumizing lotion to add oomph to your blow out.  Forget the flat iron for a little bit, a good blow out goes a long way...

-has a smooth soft finish

-gets frizz out

-good volume

MINUS/CON/NEGATIVE/BAD

-medium control

-can't have 'too thick' hair

All in all, this product does the job.  If you have fine to medium hair this lotion will deliver times ten.  The next time you are in your stylists' chair ask for a blow out instead of a flat iron and you will be pleasantly surprised!  That is the fresh perspective...

Macadamia Natural Oil

Argan oil has become really popular in the past years.  You might be familiar with oils like Moroccan Oil and Marrakesh Oil.  Macadamia natural oil is pretty much the same type of product as the ones I mentioned earlier.  This product though, has macadamia nut oil in it as well as the argan oil.

-helps hair dry faster

-super conditioning

-great in hair wet or dry

-fantastic shine quality

-great for flat ironing

-like it scrunched into damp hair

-love the packaging

-glass jar (you can recycle)

MINUS/CON/NEGATIVE/BAD

I have really nothing bad to write about this product.  You can still use this product if your hair is fine, but you have to use less.  They also have a Macadamia Natural Oil 'light' that's for fine or thin hairs.  I pretty much use this product everyday and in almost everyone's hair.  I also like rubbing it on dry scalps.  It's absolutely the best ok.  That's the fresh perspective...

Mixed Chicks Leave-in Conditioner

This product is absolutely amazing!!  I love the smell, the bottle, the everything. Mixed Chicks is hard to find and we are the only ones that carry it in the province!  It works the best for people with tight curls... FYI you don't have to be a mixed chick to use it, but you do have to have the right type of curl for it to work.  My hair type is too curly for it...

-makes hair nice and curly without frizz

-need quite a bit

-you need the specific type of curl for it to work...so not for ALL curly hair types

-shampoo and deep conditioner aren't that good

Essensity Natural Shine Serum:

This product is from one of the 'green' lines we carry.  It's 98% natural and is full of certified organic essences.  This line is making sure that they are maintaining  their environmental edge by using post consumer packaging and making sure that natural ingredients are always used.

-small container

-great smell

MINUS/CON/NEGATIVE/BAD

-doesn't add too much shine

-dullish...ah, same as above...

-need too many pumps to achieve shine

To sum it up, I didn't like it.  It says it's a serum but it comes out like lotion.  I feel like I'm using to much to achieve the shine and now it looks to 'heavy'. Everyone I used it on seemed to think it was nice...hmm, maybe it's me...

PROVICI Gloss:

We carry this make-up line at the shop and I have come to really like it. It's from right here in Winnipeg and so we are in support!  It took me  a while  to find a product that I felt could be used on a great range of skin.   The whole line is available for applications at the shop but we only retail the glosses...
