Hot Holidays! Are you setting off to a warmer climate this winter season?  Are you prepared for the changes that the heat will do to your hair and skin?  As you pack up your bikinis and sunscreen, make sure not to forget the products that protect your hair, skin and nails.  Leaving an extremely cold climate to an extreme warm one is lovely for your hair/skin/nails when you're on your way, but as you return??

Try a deep conditioner on the last few days of your hot holiday.  This will help prepare your hair for the impending cold.  Even your skin and nails could benefit from a moisture overhaul just before you board your plane back home.  Most hair products are available in travel size, and a bottle of cuticle oil can be brought along in your carry on!  The flight is great time to use cuticle oil, put in on and relax while you fly.  Make sure you pop in to the shop to pick up some products before you head out!  That's the fresh perspective...

WELCOME TO THE NEW AGE 2015 is here!  Resolutions, begin!  I'm amazed at how fast last year came and went.  What a trip!  I delivered a baby in 2014 and we expanded the shop in 2014.  I d-jayed (I dunno how to spell Dee-jay. Sorry) in a night club and took a train for the first time.  What's 2015 going to bring?  I do have a few tricks up my sleeve...  For me, 2015 will be the year of my big chop (again).

For all of the hairstyles I have tried, this one is new.  I'd like to be bald for just once in my life and 2015 will be the year I do so.  What are you going to try?  You get another year to do it all again.  Anything you regretted last year?  Anything you would like to try again?  2015 is new and fresh and just waiting for you to leave your mark on her.  Do you have what it takes?

12 days of Christmas

Here we are!  And for the first time ever we're going to give you guys 12 days of Freshair sweetness!  Starting December 9th we will have a sweet deal to bring to you and yours during this season.  For 12 days we will present you with the new deal a day! Long, longer, longest... We are now offering Hotheads extensions at the shop now folks!  Extensions are a fun way to change-up your look!  The specific brand we are promoting right now is ultra gentle, easy to take in and out, and won't keep you at the shop for 6 hours!

Winter is coming We're almost there folks.  Almost submerged in the freezer-like winter.  What have you done to prepare yourself for this?  Did you pull out all your winter clothes?  Did you dig out that toque?  I have just purchased some waterproof winter gloves.  This is different for me  because I'm a leather glove kinda lady.  Apart from being a leather glove kinda lady, I also loathe the cold.  The leather, simply isn't cutting it anymore.  It isn't warm enough and they stiffen in the extreme cold.

While we are all going to be thinking of ways to keep our bodies warm while looking stylish in a parka, let us not forget about our hair, skin, and nails.  The temperatures we're about to face can be really damaging to our hair, skin, and nails trio.  Are you prepared?  Got your cuticle oil already? Middle times Are you in a hair rut?  Same cut, same color, same/same/same?  The time is now to make some changes to your lovely locks.  November is here.  The cold is looming.  Maybe a few good inches off your length will take care of the dry bits you ombréd all summer.  That length you've been dragging around for months may need a pick me up coming into the winter season.

A hot length this winter is the mid-length.  Kinda long, kinda thick and kinda blunt.  This middle length is good for scarves and will perk up any winter hat.  Think about it.  You wanna try it, you know who you are.  That's the fresh perspective...
